    You're an ectomorph!

    Ectomorphs are generally thin people with small shoulders and a lean muscle mass. They find it hard to gain muscle mass and weight due to their fast metabolism. Most of the time, ectomorphs can eat almost anything without gaining weight. They should do a lot of weight training.

    Keep in mind that most people are a mix of different body types. If that is the case for you as well, you're still rather an ectomorph than any other body type.

    You're an endomorph!

    Endomorphs are big-boned people that gain fat and muscles fast. They are generally shorter than others, have a rounder physique, and slow metabolism. To keep fat gain at a minimum, they should do a lot of cardio.

    Keep in mind that most people are a mix of different body types. If that is the case for you as well, you're still rather an endomorph than any other body type.
