Best Online Drinking Game for 3
Don’t let the title stop you and/or your friends, these games are definitely for 3 or more players! Here are some of the perfect ice breaker games for a large group that would definitely get anyone and everyone involved.
1. Kings Cup
Kings Cup, also known as the Circle of Death, has been one of the go-to drinking games for a very long time, and for good reason!
Aside from the fact that it could get anyone drunk, (seriously, it doesn’t matter if you have a high tolerance of alcohol or a low one. You WILL get drunk with this game), it can help you get to know the people you’re playing with.
Kings Cup perfectly brings out the creativity of the people you’re playing with, so you’ll be able to see just how well you all play with one another. 😉
How to Play Kings Cup
The game is simple. Kings Cup is basically played clockwise and is round-based. You’ll also be needing the following:
- Standard deck of cards (52 cards)
- Alcohol (Beer, Hard Liquor, etc.)
- A big cup to be used as the Kings Cup
You read that right, only 3 pieces of equipment are needed to play this game! Notice how I didn’t say that the “*rules*” are simple? That’s because they really really aren’t 😂
Each card has a specific action or rule associated with it. On each turn, a player picks and turns over a card, then they have to do whatever action is attached to that card. Don’t worry! it’s not 52 different actions, it all depends on the number of the card.
You can head over to this page for the full list of rules card rules for Kings Cup.

2. Truth or Dare as a drinking game
Truth or Dare is a game you’ve known of since you were a kid. From the simple and innocent Truths and Dares, to adding in your own twists to make the game more interesting. 😔
Truth or Dare has definitely been around for so long and for a fair reason! It’s such a simple game and it really allows you to get to know the people you’re playing with. If you’re looking for a way to find out a secret you’ve been wondering about, this is the perfect game to play.
How to Play Truth or Dare
Just in case you’re playing with someone who isn’t that familiar with the rules, here’s a brief rundown that you can share with them.
The fun thing about Truth or Dare is that you’ll only need the people you’re playing with, but you can also use an empty bottle to add a surprise factor (😏) The game starts by having everyone in a circle. The youngest player begins, either spin the bottle or ask the question: Truth or Dare? The person, whoever the bottle points to or whoever the player chooses, then has to pick between the two.
”How do I turn this into a drinking game?” Simple! The person who needs to answer the truth or do the dare can take a shot before/after they’ve done their deed. It can definitely get everyone drunk pretty quick 😂
The person who asked the question or the one that spun the bottle gets to ask any question. It should be answered with the utmost truth! No matter how embarrassing it may be.
If you’re brave enough, pick dare. Note that the person giving out the dare isn’t prohibited to ask other players for dare ideas 😂 It’s entirely up to the person who asked. So just hope that the person giving out the dare isn’t too crazy 😂 Just be safe! Don’t give out any dares that can put anyone in danger.
For some Truth questions or Dare ideas, you can check out this extensive list of Truth or Dare statements for some suggestions!

If you’re looking for a game that could help you further deepen your relationship with the people you’re playing with (in a fun way!), then this game is perfect for you. Most Likely To is one of those drinking games that would have people reveal how they really view each other.
Most Likely To is also a simple game that can literally be played at any time and any place because it doesn’t require any equipment! All you’ll need are yourselves, and your creative minds.
If you’re very much like me who’s not so much on the creative side, you can check out this long list of Most Likely To statements which you can use to get some ideas! It has over 600 statements, so we’re pretty sure that the whole list will last you the whole night 😂
How to Play Most Likely To
The game itself is rather simple. Everyone takes turns to give out a Most Likely To statement, then at the same time, players point to whoever they think the statement fits the most.
To make things easier, here are a few tips:
1. Talk about how the turns will go. This will ensure that everyone gets a chance to give out a statement. Having it go in a clockwise direction is a good start!
2. Decide if you’ll follow a theme to your questions. Although this is not at all required, it may just be easier for everyone to think of questions (just because the possibilities are endless!) 😂
3. Decide on when a person drinks. We’re turning this into a drinking game, are we not? So you can either have the person who has the most fingers pointed at take the shot, or the person who doesn’t have anyone pointing any fingers at them. Best to discuss this so there’s no dispute amongst the group.

1. Charades Drinking Game
Charades is a staple in any party, be it a children’s party or a party that’s got some wildness incorporated into it. Charades is a great way to break down some walls, and to get everyone comfortable around one another.
How to Play Charades
You can play this with only 2 people, or you can also play this as a big group! So here are the basic mechanics of the game.
You play the game in teams. It’s best to play in 2 or for as long as it’s with an even number of teams. The goal here is to be able to have all groups/teams go against each other.
Get some random words and pool them all together. You could do the classic way of writing all the words on pieces of paper then putting them into a hat/bucket. Then whichever team is up, they take a piece of paper, try to act out the word they got and their teammates have to guess it within a specific amount of time.
Given that there are thousands of words to guess from, you can break it up and play in categories. Feel free to check out this page for the ultimate list of Charade Words you can use for your next Charades game!
Wondering how to turn this into a drinking game? You can have the loser of each round take a shot! This definitely would give everyone motivation to act well 😂Imagine the chaos if everyone gets drunk!

If you often play Charades with your friends, why not always have it on your phone? Check out Kabuki, a Charades app that allows you to play charades at any time and any place!

How to Play Never Have I Ever
Never Have I Ever is a simple game that doesn’t need any equipment. All you’ll need are your hands! ✨
The mechanics are this:
- Put all 10 fingers up.
- In turns, someone says something that they themselves haven’t done, but feel like the other players have.
- If you have done the statement, put a finger down.
The first person to put all fingers down is the loser. Turning in this into a drinking game, you can either have the loser take a shot or everyone takes a shot whenever they’ve done a statement (although this could possibly get everyone drunk really quickly).
