How to Play Nasty or Nice

The concept of the game is simple – you flip a coin and guess! If your guess is right or wrong, you’ll get a different type of shot depending on whether it’s “nasty” or “nice.”

To play, you’ll need:

• A coin
• A variety of shots (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
• Shot glasses

Step 1: Order a variety of shots from the bar. Make sure everyone orders at least one shot for everyone.

About half of the shots should taste “nice” (sweet like irish cream or coconut rum) and the other half should be “nasty” (sour or strong, think tequila, absinthe or vodka).

Step 2: Start flipping! Each player takes a turn flipping a coin and guessing first if it lands heads or tails.

Step 3: Drink! If guessed right, the player is allowed to drink a shot of their choice. If guessed wrong, the other players chose a shot for the player.

Step 4: Keep playing! The game continues with each player taking turns flipping and guessing. It’s up to you how many rounds you want to play. You can keep going until everyone is feeling a little tipsy or have a set number of rounds before calling it a night.

Nasty or Nice Game Rules

1. “Nasty” shots only: If you want to make the game more challenging, have all the shots be “nasty.” This will really test your luck and taste buds!

2. Choose your own fate: Before flipping the coin, players can choose whether they want to guess heads or tails. If they’re right, they still get to choose their shot, but if they’re wrong, they have to drink two shots instead.

3. The wildcard: Prior to each round, one player is designated as the “wildcard.” They don’t have to flip a coin and automatically get to choose their shot. However, if they guess right on someone else’s turn, the chosen player has to drink two shots instead.

4. Spin the bottle: Instead of flipping a coin, spin a bottle or any other object. If it lands pointing towards a player, they have to drink a shot of their choice.
