How to Play Who Am I
It’s pretty simple to play! To get started, prepare a list of famous names, places, or things on separate pieces of paper or index cards. You can also use an online random name generator if you prefer.
1. Decide on the number or order of players.
Playing with 2 or 3 people? Play solo and go rock-paper-scissors to decide who goes first! Playing with a large group? Divide into two teams and toss a coin to decide who starts.
2. Shuffle your name cards and pick one at random.
Place the name card on your forehead without looking at it. The other players should be able to see the name on your card.
3. Start asking yes or no questions.
The goal is to figure out who you are by asking strategic questions that can only be answered with a “yes” or “no”. For example, if you have the name “Mickey Mouse” on your card, you might ask: “Am I an animated character?”, “Do I wear gloves?”, “Do I have a girlfriend named Minnie?”.
Remember, you only have a limited number of guesses so make them count!
4. Keep playing until you guess correctly or the time runs out.
If you guess the correct name, it’s your turn to pick a new card and play again. If not, move on to the next player and see if they can guess their identity before time is up!
