Attack on Titan is a Japanese post-apocalyptic, dark fantasy manga series by Hajime Isayama. In it, humanity lives inside cities surrounded by gigantic walls that protect them from gigantic man-eating humanoids called Titans.
But one day, Titans manage to break the outmost wall and invade into the cities, where they eat and kill and destroy whatever is between them and their next meal.
The story revolves around Eren Yaeger, a young boy who vowes to exterminate every single Titan because they devastated his hometown and ate his mother before his very eyes.
